We use UPS for our UK deliveries (where available), FedEx or UPS for European and Australia deliveries and we provide a tracking number so you can keep up to date with where your rice cooker is after it has been dispatched.

Deliveries for bento lunch jars are made by UK Royal Mail in partnership with local postal services and are FREE to the UK, Europe and Australia.

All our products are shipped from the UK there are NO Customs or import duty to be paid to EU countries (unlike products shipped from Asia).

UPS, FedEx and Royal Mail offer the best and most reliable service for deliveries which is why we have chosen to use them as delivery couriers. Occasionally for our European customers, FedEx may not have an available collection slot, so on these occasions we will upgrade the delivery free of charge to UPS.

Please note: UPS and FedEx require a signature upon delivery, so if needed, you can have your order delivered to your workplace. Customers should ensure that they are available to receive the goods - UPS undertake to deliver to the correct address, but may accept the signature of a person other than the addressee or leave the parcel with a neighbour; you can also specify a safe delivery option (like in an outhouse/shed). This will be taken as satisfactory proof of delivery. Yum Asia cannot accept responsibility for any items delivered to the correct address which have been signed for but not received by the addressee.
