We don't have silly shipping costs - it's a £9.99 postage charge to anywhere in the UK (including Northern Ireland and Channel islands).

We use UPS for our UK deliveries (where available) and we provide a tracking number so you can keep up to date with where your rice cooker is after it has been dispatched. Usually UPS deliver the day after it has been collected from our distribution centres, but if you do need a guaranteed delivery in a hurry we can offer special delivery options with a variety of couriers. Please contact us for a special delivery quote.

All our products are shipped from the UK there are no Customs or import duty to be paid to EU countries (unlike products shipped from Asia).

Please note: UPS require a signature upon delivery, so if needed, you can have your order delivered to your workplace. Customers should ensure that they are available to receive the goods - UPS undertake to deliver to the correct address, but may accept the signature of a person other than the addressee or leave the parcel with a neighbour; you can also specify a safe delivery option (like in an outhouse/shed). This will be taken as satisfactory proof of delivery.
