Thank you very much indeed for your excellent service! The newly acquired appliance is a sparkling marvel in our kitchen corner. Michi, in particular, who herself is of Japanese origin, can recognize and appreciate quality when she sees it. The package arrived in Denmark two days ago, early in the morning, and was delivered safely at our doorstep same day in the afternoon. By yesterday we had familiarized ourselves with the technical details, so as to prepare the first serving of white rice from the brand new cooker. The meal turned out juuuuust fine and delicious. After this laudatory praise, I should also like to describe a little how I actually found your website. For many years in a row, we had relied on a more old-fashioned Sanyo rice cooker, but even that sturdy little machine fell victim to excessive wear eventually. So we started looking for an appropriate replacement. Local ethnic stores, however, did only display various rice cookers of rather mediocre appearance, and I turned to Google searches for inspiration. Quite soon I stumbled across some blog, where a lady commented sardonically on another consumer's query, concerning claims of durability as advertised. The commenter was already in posession of the item in question, but after less than a year the lining of the cooking vessel was marred by blistering all over. So she should never again repeat that bargain. Instead, she would rather start saving to be able to afford to invest "in the Rolles Royce of rice cookers, a Zojirushi - that should really last for ever". From there on, searching for "Zojirushi" alone led me to the US primarily, but in the next step, "Zojirushi Europe" turned up a blog asking "Zojirushi rice cooker for Europe - where can I buy?", where you had actually replied with the 'best rated' answer. I like the Zojirushi NS-LAQ05 rice cooker very much! I receive it last Thursday. The rice cooker is perfect for a single households. I have tried to cook brown rice and white rice. The results are very good. For The Netherlands (and the rest of Europe) you'll need an adapter, because it has a UK three pin plug. But that's no problem, I have order it very easy. I just wanted to give you some feedback on our first experiments with the 3-cup rice cooker. For sushi rice what can I say but wow! I've never managed to get this kind of consistency just cooking on the stove. Really amazing and saves so much stirring and stress as well! We also tried brown rice, which came out great. I received it yesterday morning - actually it had arrived before I'd even seen your e-mail! (Well done for getting it out so fast). Having spent a couple of years working in Tokyo I know how good rice cookers could be, and I'd been searching high and low for a supplier from which I could obtain a decent one. I'd resigned myself to having to lug one back from Japan next month on my holidays (then shell out again for a transformer in the UK), when I came across an update on justhungry.com referring to Yum Asia.

Although I've only managed to use it the once yesterday (Japanese style rice porridge with fish), the difference in performance and quality between this one and the those available in UK retailers was immediately apparent. No kitchen full of steam, no overspill from a loose lid, no crispy bits at the bottom from uneven heating. White rice with natto tonight I think - can't wait!

I just wanted to write again to say thank you for such excellent service, right from ordering, through to the very speedy dispatch and delivery. I made my first batch of rice last night and it was absolutely delicious, so fluffy and so much easier than watching over a saucepan, fiddling with the gas to get the right temperature etc. I am going to try and make some onigiri today as I really got the rice cooker to make bento style lunches for work. I have had my NS-TGQ10 for just over a week now so I thought I would let you have my thoughts. Firstly your service which was excellent. I emailed an enquiry late one afternoon and did not expect a reply that day but got one during the same evening. I then posted a second enquiry that night and had a reply already waiting for me when I checked my emails at 9am the next morning. I then placed an order and by the next afternoon was cooking rice in my new cooker. Amazing stuff. The cooker is certainly expensive but seems very well made and certainly cooks beautifully first time and every time. No rice sticks to the bottom of the bowl at all, easy to clean. The only downside is the length of time it takes to cook the rice, especially brown rice, but the answer is easy - just set the programme to when you want the rice ready and it is accurate virtually to the second and then will keep the rice ready until dishing up time. The price will be forgotten in time, it does it's job superbly and is highly recommended by me. 5 stars! -- M. Tolland (UK)

I've bought a NS-TGQ10 5.5 cup rice cooker and I want to let you know, that I'm perfectly content. It arrived very fast and in perfect conditions. Many thanks for the very fast delivery of the NS-TGQ10 rice cooker. I have never been very good at cooking rice. I always seem to cook it slightly over or under. First time with the NS-TGQ10 and it could not be easier to use. Best of all, perfect rice, kept perfectly warm so I can concentrate on the main dishes. What a relief! I think you get what you pay for, I still have the Dualit toaster I bought ten years ago, and it is still turning out perfect toast. I have now had the chance to test the rice-cooker thoroughly and I have to say, the fame that sorrounds it is really well-deserved. I received the rice cooker only 2 weeks ago but I already have made good use of it and would like to give you my comments. I am overall extremely happy with both the rice cooker and your service. I just wanted to say thank you for such a great service. Without Yum Asia I would have had to import a rice cooker from asia which is quite expensive, the shipping costs are high and on top of that you will have to pay taxes. I have been using my TGQ10 every day for cooking sushi rice as well as sweet rice. I just cannot express with words how much I appreciate it. Cooking rice in a pot is very difficult, especially for a clumsy student like me but with the TGQ10 the rice gets perfect every time and it is so easy. Zojirushi NS-TGQ18 fuzzy logic rice cooker reviews

There is a tremendous difference between the rice made in the Zojirushi rice cooker and the one made in a regular one, which often comes out dry especially when you use the "keep warm" function. I've also made brown rice and it has come out perfectly. The timer function is an added bonus which really makes life simpler! I bought the book "the ultimate rice cooker cookbook" and I already tried a few recipes: quinoa cooked in orange juice, surprising and very tasty when served with a chocolate sauce; Basic Quinoa, so perfect, so different from cooking quinoa in a saucepan just with water!!!!! I have received the rice cooker on Tuesday and everything is fine. All the rice is perfectly cooked and really nothing is wasted. My old rice cookers are Tefal brand with non stick but I was tired after a year to have the Tefal worn out and have rice burnt and stick at the bottom. I purchased a TGQ18 and a CSQ30 from Yum Asia and you gave a generous postage discount because I bought both. I am so impressed with both items - I have used my TGQ18 to cook every type of rice I can find as well as cheesecake (WOW!). I have now used my TGQ18 rice cooker a couple of times, mainly for making sushi rice (although, I will use it for all other types of rice in the future). It is excellent, it has made the restaurant quality rice in no time at all. I used to make my sushi rice in a Tefal rice cooker, which was O.K. as I experimented a lot with quantities of water and "keep warm time", but nothing can be compared to this baby. It takes all the guesswork out of making sushi rice and I don't need to time anything anymore. Contrary to the way it looks, it is very simple to use, which is great! After some time I am back with you to share my experience with my NS ZAQ10. First of all I can say that the delivery time from UK to Slovakia took exactly the three days as you said. Quick and reliable. During the short period I tried to cook every possible kind of rice dish I could. The result was excellent any time.
